TAI CHI AND QI GONG

I mainly teach the Yang Style Short  Tai Chi Form which consists of 24 movements. I also teach the long form and a lot of Qi Gong including the Eight Pieces of Brocade Qi Gong sequence as well as many warm up and stretching exercises. The first few weeks of learning anything new are always the most difficult but it gets much easier as you get into it. If you practice for a few minutes regularly you will learn fast.
I will be updating this site as we progress and you will be able to see videos and information on what we do in class.
